We collect information you provide, such as your email address, account details, plan selection, support messages, and content you intentionally submit to insrtAi.

When you use connected Insrt features, we may process device and session information needed for those features, including hardware and operating-system details, game-session activity, performance measurements, network measurements, temperatures, storage information, driver information, crash diagnostics, and feature usage.

Recordings, clips, screenshots, files, microphone audio, and other media are processed only when you choose to create, select, upload, or sync them.

We use information to operate Insrt Control and insrtAi, authenticate accounts, deliver the correct software release, manage subscriptions, sync connected devices, provide requested AI responses, troubleshoot problems, protect the service, and communicate with you.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information to understand reliability and improve Insrt. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party targeted advertising.

Some Insrt Control data remains on your device. Information is sent to Insrt services only when a connected, account, subscription, sync, support, download, or AI feature requires it. A selected clip or file is not uploaded merely because it exists on your PC.

When you ask insrtAi a question, your prompt and the relevant context you choose or the feature requires may be sent to Insrt's hosted infrastructure to generate a response.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Insrt receives subscription, transaction, and customer identifiers needed to manage access, but does not receive or store your complete payment-card number.

We use service providers for hosting, authentication, storage, email, payments, security, and AI processing. They may process information only to provide services to Insrt, meet legal requirements, or protect their systems.

We may share information with service providers as described above, when you direct us to, when required by law, or when reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, security threats, or harm. If Insrt is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale, information may transfer as part of that transaction subject to applicable law.

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting obligations. Retention can vary by data type and the feature you use.

You can request account and stored-data deletion from the Insrt account area. Some information may remain temporarily in protected backups or be retained when legally required. Local recordings and files remain under your control and must be removed from your device by you.

You may choose which optional permissions and connected features to enable. You may manage your subscription, correct account information, request access to or deletion of stored personal information, and stop future collection by disabling a feature or uninstalling Insrt Control.

Your location may provide additional privacy rights, including rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information and to appeal certain decisions.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet service or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

Insrt is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Users must also meet any higher minimum age required in their location.

We may update this policy as Insrt changes. We will post the revised policy here and update the effective date. When a change materially affects your rights, we will provide additional notice when required.

For privacy questions or requests, use the Contact page on the Insrt website and identify your request as a privacy request. We may need to verify your identity before completing requests involving account information.
